This app uses as widget.. you can adjust to any size of widget.

View and edit your lists directly from the home screen. Tick them off when done.

Choose from different backgrounds & icon styles.

To add this widget to your homescreen: Menu \ Add \ Widgets

to  change background, click on widget to open->click menu(your phone)->preferences-> change backgound then save

click on icon(button) when list item is done, it will change icon and color font..
